Property:
The product is white or yellowish powder; dissolvable in nitrobenzene, dimethylformamide, dissolvable a bit in acetone, toluene, dimethybenzene, mothanol, dioxane, tetrahydrofuran, acetic acid, etc. but undissolvable in water and fatty hydrocarbon solvent, begins decomposition at 400oC.

Characteristics:
The product is high in bromine content, less in dosage, good in burning-resistance, higher unsaturated, very stable to light, heat, and static electricity-resistance. After the product is put in resin, the resin nature is not changed (mechanic and insulate natures), low toxic, without pollution. The product has found a vast utilization as an ideal reaction burning-resistant agent or additive burning-resistant agent.
Usage:
As a reaction burning-resistant agent, the product is used for polyester, unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin. As additive burning-resistant agent, the product can be used for polystyrene, polypropylene, and ABG resin, antimony trioxide and other engineering plastics and synthetic materials and composing of fine chemical substances.
